A perfect family is not the goal. It doesn’t exist. The goal is to find what unity and happiness look like to your family by identifiying a shared dream or vision.  Then build on it a little at a time by looking forward more and backward less. I have used my family’s success in the continuity of our family’s wealth and unity as a springboard
for planning and assisting other families. Through my personal experience together with my experiences with other families, I have gathered a team to address the myriad of different situations that arise in planning for continuity through generations.
